Our Kollel

The Beis Medrash at Meromei Shemesh will serve as a dynamic center for structured Torah learning and spiritual growth. Under the leadership of Rabbi Yisroel Benovitz, it will feature a comprehensive schedule of shiurim throughout the day and evening, along with a dedicated night seder program. Designed to engage participants from the immediate vicinity and beyond, the Beis Medrash aims to create a vibrant and welcoming environment for serious learning and community connection. Together with Rabbi Rothwachs, Rabbi Benovitz will help establish this initiative as a vital part of the Meromei Shemesh community.

Rabbi Yisroel Benovitz brings extensive experience in Torah education, serving as a Rebbe at Yeshivat Aish Hatorah and Mashgiach of the Aish Hatorah Erber Family Gesher Program. Known for his dynamic teaching style and dedication to inspiring students, he has also played key roles at NCSY Kollel and Camp Morasha. Rabbi Benovitz, together with his wife Shani and their four children, looks forward to joining the Meromei Shemesh community and contributing to its growth and vibrancy.
